Hi, I'm Ana, but
you can call me Yiyi!
I’m from the vibrant country of Argentina 🇦🇷. I’ve been practicing yoga for 7 years and have been teaching for 2 years now. My journey was inspired by my discipline and my amazing teachers.
What Type of Yoga Do I Teach?
At The EMPWR, I teach a mix of hybrid Vinyasa Hatha, slow flow, and on Saturdays; Yoga & Journaling.
What Can You Expect from My Classes?
In my classes, everyone is more than welcome. Yoga is union; it’s for everyone, and we embrace that fully.
In my Yoga & Journaling class, we begin with a gentle yoga flow to open our bodies and minds. My goal is to create a safe place for you to write and reflect on a journaling prompt, with the option to share if you feel comfortable. It’s the perfect way to start your Saturday feeling refreshed and inspired.
What Do I Love About Teaching Yoga?
What I love most is seeing the progress of my students and being a witness to their own healing journey. It’s a beautiful experience to share.
Personal Achievements and Milestones
For me, meditation was always the hardest part of my yoga practice. Now I'm able meditate for an hour or more, something I had to build with a lot of discipline and patience, so I'm incredibly proud of my progress.

Hobbies and Interests Outside of Yoga
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking, reading books, and enjoying the present moment with nature. It’s all about connecting with the world around us.
Fun Fact
Here’s something you might not know about me: I’m also a psychologist! 💫

What I Enjoy About The EMPWR Community
I love the empowerment we build together, the kindness, and the love we share. It’s a special community that feels like home.
