This spring, we’re launching a new chapter at The EMPWR.
Specialty coffee. Functional beverages. A creative meeting spot unlike anything else in Sitges.
What we're looking for:
Someone who lights up talking about what they love. Who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Who wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
Barista experience? That's a bonus. We can teach you to pull the perfect shot or craft a killer golden milk latte.
But what we can't teach is passion for community. Curiosity about people. The ability to make someone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.
If you're the kind of person who loves introducing people, sharing ideas, and creating an experience, not just making drinks, this is for you!
What the job actually is:
You'll be the front face of The EMPWR and our coffee corner.
That means:

Making incredible coffee and functional , feel-good drinks.

Greeting members and visitors with genuine warmth

Telling people about our community and what makes this place special

Helping new people feel like they belong

Being part of an international, conscious and creative community
This isn't a typical barista job. It's equal parts coffee maker, community ambassador, and connector of humans.

🕒 Part-time ~20hrs /week (with room to grow)
🗣️ Fluent in English and Spanish required; Catalan a plus

Lo que estamos buscando:
Alguien que se ilumine cuando habla de lo que le apasiona.
Que disfrute de verdad conectando con personas.
Que quiera formar parte de la creación de algo desde cero.
¿Experiencia como barista? Genial, es un plus.
Podemos enseñarte a sacar el espresso perfecto o a preparar un golden milk increíble.
Lo que no se puede enseñar es la pasión por la comunidad.
La curiosidad por las personas.
La capacidad de hacer que alguien se sienta bienvenido desde el primer momento.
Si eres de las personas a las que les encanta presentar a gente, compartir ideas y crear experiencias —no solo preparar bebidas— este puesto es para ti.
En qué consiste realmente el trabajo:
Serás la cara visible de The EMPWR y de nuestro coffee corner.
Eso significa:

Preparar café de especialidad y bebidas funcionales que sientan bien

Recibir a miembros y visitantes con calidez y cercanía

Explicar qué es The EMPWR y qué hace especial a este espacio

Ayudar a que las personas nuevas se sientan parte de la comunidad

Formar parte de una comunidad internacional, consciente y creativa
Este no es un trabajo de barista típico.
Es una mezcla de preparar café, ser embajador/a de comunidad y conectar personas.
