No two retreats are the same—but they all have the same goal: to help you reset and reconnect in good company, and to fuel your inspiration.
Each retreat includes a mix of creative expression, personal growth, and relaxed social time. You’ll always know the plan once a date is announced—but here’s a taste:

We meet at The EMPWR for a coffee and to get to know each other.
Then, wake up your body with a light movement or breathwork session.
Dive into a creative workshop or try something totally new—like mindful photography, authentic relating, or intuitive art.
Maybe you’ll find yourself journaling in the sun, having deep conversations with strangers-turned-friends, or dancing barefoot on the beach.
There might be a sound journey.
